This page loads the library automatically (see <head> source). If you're viewing it in a regular mobile or desktop browser, nothing extra happens — that's correct behavior.

To actually see it work: this only does anything inside Instagram's or Facebook's in-app browser. Share this page's URL in an Instagram bio link, story, or DM to yourself, then tap it from inside the Instagram app. You should see either an automatic handoff to Safari/ Chrome, or the fallback banner with a manual "Open" button.

This button calls init({ forceShow: true, autoBreakout: false }) directly so you can preview the banner's look on any device, even outside an in-app browser — it does not simulate a real in-app browser detection.
